Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address and any required documentation.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping or provide a suitable resolution.
- All items must be returned to our UK warehouse in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
